At Calvary Monterey, in our Mentoring Ministry, we offer 4 different tracks for you to choose from

Track #1: Titus 2:4-5
Our mentoring in track #1 is based on Titus 2:4-5. (Loving husband & children, purity, homemaking, glorifying God, etc.)
Track #2 : Women’s Character Development
Based on Titus 2:3 and 2 Peter 1:1-12 (Diligence, faith, virtue, godliness, etc.)
Track #3 : Women’s Leadership Class/ Preparation for Ministry
This track is especially designed for women who feel a call to ministry and/or who are married or engaged to a pastor or someone in minstry. (Covers spiritual warfare, communication, finances, developing a heart of ministry, etc.)
Track #4: Custom - what do you want to learn?
(This is an option for you to choose what you and your mentor will study.)

Mentoring Ministry Policies

1. All mentors are a part of the Mentoring Ministry and are spiritually mature and Biblically knowledgeable.
2. All mentors are to open and close every mentoring session with prayer and are to refer to an open Bible during the mentoring session.
3. Confidentiality/Privacy should always be mutually respected between each other.
4. Certain communications made by a mentee, may be required under applicable California law to be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. In these instances, the mentor and the Mentoring Ministry will make every effort to work with the mentee to address these issues.
5. Woman to woman mentoring only.
6. Upon acceptance into the Mentoring Ministry, the mentee agrees to the following:
- To commit themselves to the purpose of the mentoring.
- To be open and honest during the mentor sessions.
- To be diligent in the completion of all homework and/or exercises assigned.
- To commit to a regular schedule of worship, Bible study, and prayer agreed upon with the mentor.
7. The failure to adhere to the above commitments may result in the mentor relationship being terminated.

I have read and understand Calvary Chapel’s Mentor Ministry Policies and I agree to submit to them. I also understand that I am not seeking nor am I receiving professional paid counseling, but I am asking for Biblical spiritual advice.
